Cancellation Policy
You can make changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order will likely enter the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. If you successfully cancel your order within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
At Goodz, we ensure that our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. We consider an item damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damages limited to packaging, such as dented boxes while the product itself remains intact, do not qualify as damaged items.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at contact.goodzshop@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact the courier directly. Goodz is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and not corrected within 24 hours of placing the order, Goodz will not be responsible for resending or refunding the package.
