Order Processing Times:
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and dispatch. Your order is considered dispatched when it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to your chosen address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times:
Delivery times will vary based on your location. The times below are estimates for the transit period once your order has been dispatched:

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay processing or result in order cancellation. If any address issues are detected, our customer support team will contact you within 3 business days for verification. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Delayed Delivery:
At Goodz, we understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as courier issues, severe weather, or transportation disruptions. In such instances, we’ll work with the courier to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible.
If your order faces any unforeseen delays due to product availability, address verification, or payment issues, we’ll notify you promptly.
Please note that Goodz is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors. However, we will always keep you updated and provide any assistance we can to resolve delivery issues.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contact.goodzshop@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are handed over to the courier, we can help you file a claim with the courier company.
Most couriers have a claims process for lost or stolen packages, and we will work with them on your behalf. Please note that Goodz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and such incidents are not covered by our refund policy. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement.
If necessary, we also recommend filing a police report for stolen packages.
